The Cinderella Solution Program

The program involves changing the way you eat and is based on Carly’s observations about how people in other countries eat, particularly in Japan. We have often been told that carbs are bad for us. Yet in Japan, most people get the bulk of their calories from carbs, yet they live longer and are less likely to be obese than Americans.

The secret, according to the book, is a method of food pairing. There are certain types of foods that you should eat together. This helps restore proper levels of insulin, cortisol, and estrogen in your body.

Conversely, you will want to avoid pairing certain types of foods together.

Fortunately, the book outlines exactly how to do this, and presents the information in a way that makes it easy to do. You can choose your meals from a pre-selected listing of combinations, or you can choose your own according to guidelines established in the book.

The Cinderella Solution offers two different ways to go through the program, depending on whether you are the sort of person who wants to learn about what you will be doing before acting or whether you are the sort of person who just wants to jump in and get started.

The main Cinderella Solution book offers two different paths, so depending on which route you want, you can read the books in your choice of two different orders.

Most people will find that the 52-page Quick Start Guide is a good place to start. Despite its relatively short length, it gives you a brief overview of the Cinderella Solution program and tells you what you will be doing and when. If you are in a hurry, you can begin with the Quick Start guide, which gives a brief overview of the program and then jumps right into the basics of the program and the meal plans.

If you are more interested in the details of the program, you will want to read the 93-page main Cinderella Solution book, as it goes into more detail about the origins of the program and why you will be doing what you are doing.

The main Cinderella Solution program consists of two parts – eating from the included meal plan and working out according to the included exercise book.

The Cinderella Solution weight loss system is divided into two parts when it comes to diet – the “Ignite” stage and the “Launch” stage. Each lasts 14 days.

Ignite Phase

The Ignite phase gives you three meals a day but has a few restrictions regarding what you can eat. The purpose of this phase is to “reset” your system and to prepare it for the “Launch” phase.

Launch Phase

You will not be starving yourself, though. The Ignite phase includes a daily meal plan for each of the 3 meals a day you will be eating over the 14 days of that portion of the program. For the Launch phase, you will be eating 4 meals per day, and that one also includes a complete meal plan for the 14 days of the program.

The Cinderella Solution Divides Foods into Four Basic Groups

What About Exercise?

The Movement Sequencing Book and the Cinderella Exercise Database

The Cinderella Solution includes an exercise program, and a 30-page Movement Sequencing Guide, along with 60 short exercise videos to show you how to do the exercises. Fortunately, you will not need to have access to a gym to do most of the exercises. The primary equipment you will need are a moderately sized pair of dumbbells and some good shoes. A yoga or exercise mat and a stability ball are optional.

The exercise program requires working out a few times a week for 8-24 minutes. How often you work out is dependent on how much you exercise already and how much weight you need to lose. Most of the exercises are quite simple to do.

The Movement Sequencing Guide explains the program, which is designed to give you a routine that works with the female metabolism to “force fat loss from the inside out.” These workouts involve “cycles,” or engaging in a series of specific exercises, one right after the other.

Each exercise in the cycle is explained in the Cinderella Exercise Database, and for each exercise, you will either perform a designated number of “reps,” or you will perform the exercise for a specified amount of time. The exercises are grouped into numbered “workouts.”

There are fifteen different workouts, each containing 6-10 exercises. The program recommends that you stick to the workout format and perform the recommended exercises in the order given.
